TEMPORARY FOOD PREMISES SET UP
If your business sells food at temporary events like markets, you need to meet the same food safety requirements as other food businesses, regardless of the size of your business or how often you sell food
Remember to also submit your Statement of Trade from FoodTrader. (CLICK HERE)
All temporary and mobile food traders must be registered with their Council using FoodTrader, the state government’s online system Kindly send a copy of the Statement of Trade (SoT – from FoodTraders) to events@glenferrie.com.au no later than Monday, 17th February 2025, as this list needs to be submitted to City of Boroondara Health Services by 21st February 2025.
NB. If you have a food/drink business on Glenferrie Road and will be trading adjancent to your premises you only need to complete the Registered Fixed Food Premises Temporary Event Form.
